OMG! ha ha poor thing! I know she was going for a mermaid look, but it looks like a rotten purple shrimp with the legs... ha ha
Poor baby, she's not amused at all. I have 2 chihuahuas and they've never been in any costumes or outfits...they are dawgs around here!! Have a great week.
