I wanted to share a recent private commission I did for Carni Val. I'm a big fan of her Creepy Cupcake Kids and have purchased six pieces from her in the past. Come to find out she is a big fan of my work as well and sent me a painted doll head to work my CK magic on. Carni's only instructions were to do some Halloween-ish tattoos on it for her.
